Creates a pending transaction and returns a Paystack authorization URL. The user should redirect to this URL to complete payment. Minimum amount is 1000 NGN on Starter/active paid plans; on an expired paid plan it's the plan's own price instead, and paying that also renews the plan for 30 days.
